Tatiana was a carer who stayed with Mum in November 2014. An incredibly bright, beautiful young woman who has a heartfelt connection with the people she cares for. Mum really bonded with her and she felt more like a sister than ’employee’ to me. Mum is very fearful of new carers but within hours it was as if Tati had been with her for years.
